French Cameroun: At least 23 killed in bus crash 0
At least 23 people have died in a road accident in Cameroon’s north, local authorities say.
Kildadi Taguieke Boukar, the governor of the region where the crash took place, told dpa that it appeared a truck from neighbouring Chad collided with a public transport bus.
Boukar added that the crash was caused by “overspeeding.”
Three people were seriously injured in the crash and were receiving treatment at Ngoundere Regional Hospital.
