Geremi Njitap takes command as head of SYNAFOC 0
Geremi Sorel Njitap, has been elected president of the National Union of Cameroon footballers. The former Cameroonian international was the only candidate for the race to head the association known as Synafoc.
He was acclaimed at the end of the general assembly that held on Thursday in Douala. Geremi Njitap takes over from the late David Mayebi, who died some five months ago, after more than 20 years as head of the Union of Cameroonian footballers.
