The notorious former mayor of Buea, Patrick Ekema Esunge, was the architect of his own downfall. His greed and gluttony connived to bring him down and he crashed like a pack of cards.

A strong investigative team comprising our investigative journalists in Cameroon and the United States where Ekema’s wife and his children live, has dug up the truth about his life and how he ended up with a massive heart attack in a woman’s house in Douala.

He was a schemer and scammer who used the CPDM crime syndicate in Yaoundé to feather his nest.

But as nature would have it, Ekema built a mountain of pressure for himself which blew up his heart as a burnt our bulb.
