AFCON 2016: Cameroon tops Group A with 3 points 0

The Lions of Cameroon now head pool A after beating Mighty Egypt 2 goals to nil in the opening encounter of the female AFCON 2016.It started well in the first 45 minutes with an opening goal by Aboudi Onguené and that of Christine Manie that accorded the three points to the host nation.
