The citizens of the town of Ossing have all escaped into the bushes surrounding the town, as the military and fake Amba continue to sow chaos and panic in the town.

Currently, the town is empty, as all the young men and women have skipped town following a raid by the military on Tuesday that targeted all the able-bodied men and women.

The military, which is frustrated after failing to mobilize enough resources for its reckless social activities, showed up in the town and arrested a young man from late General James Tataw’s neighbourhood and took him around the town, obliging him to take them to the bushes where the honest and hardworking citizens of Ossing were hiding.

There is panic all over the place. The young man does not know all the Ossing jungle. Ossing has millions of hectares of forest, some of it being sacred, and it will be preposterous to think that an individual can have sound knowledge of the forest.

Speaking to a resident of the city, Cameroon Concord News Group gathered that the military in Mamfe has the nasty habit of raiding villages and towns when the soldiers are broke.

The military has transformed innocent citizens into its ATM and each time the soldiers are broke, they show up and arrest innocent people who must pay before they are released.

“We have all fled to our farms and bushes. They cannot find us once we melt into our jungle. We don’t have any money to give these crooks in uniform. We are tired of being arrested for crimes we have not committed. They can own the houses. We will only return after the elections. They want to oblige us to vote. We have nothing to do with their elections,” the Ossing resident told the Cameroon Concord News Group correspondent in Mamfe.

He added that “we are really suffering here. Many people who escaped military violence in their own towns now live with us and this has made us a target. The military is always showing up to ensure that there are no fighters in the village and there are none living here with us.”

“They better go into the jungle to arrest the real fighters who are armed to the teeth and are prepared to take on the military. Our people are suffering because the military is not playing its role as the people’s protector. Instead, it is harassing us every day for money,” he said.

 Meanwhile, the criminals who killed the regent chief of Ossing returned a few days ago to capture one of the councilors. The councilor and the wife have skipped town, conscious of the fate that the fake Amba fighters have reserved for them.

Cameroon Concord News Group has been trying to get in touch with the councilor, but to no avail. Many people suspect he might have switched off his phone, as he knows that the criminals might call his number.

The lockdown in Ossing is the worst, as residents of the town are stuck between the devil and the deep blue sea. The military and the fake Amba seem to be in an unholy alliance.

According to another resident, the military and the fake fighters seem to have agreed on a schedule. If the military is not around, the fake fighters show up to make life hard for the residents, he said.

“Now that we are all in the jungle, the lockdown will be total. Ossing is now officially a ghost town. No young man will show up there. The military are walking the streets and they will stop at nothing when it comes to arresting our people. We are better off living in our jungle than in the city. From time to time, we only show up to see if our old parents are still alive. That’s how we now live. That’s the Hell the government has created for us,” he regretted.

The Yaounde government is terribly shaken by the success of the lockdown declared by various Southern Cameroonian group as a measure to prove that the two English-speaking regions of the country are still being controlled by Southern Cameroonians living abroad.

Over the last couple of months, the beleaguered and cash-strapped Yaounde government has been selling and spreading the illusion that peace was returning to the two English-speaking regions of the country.

Images emerging from many parts of the two English-speaking regions of the country speak to the seriousness of the lockdown, with army soldiers even scared of venturing outside.

In Kumba and Bamenda, the two largest cities in the English-speaking regions of the country, businesses and schools were completely shut down.

Cars and motor bikes were completely out of business and even animals and insects could not be spotted in the towns. The sound of a dropping pin could be heard as both cities had become ghost towns.

In Buea, the capital of Southern Cameroons, not much could be seen on the streets. The city’s three universities have been closed down and despite the arrival of the country’s Prime Minister, Dion Ngute, to the city, not many people showed up to cheer up the disappointed and depressed prime minister who is a native of the Southwest region and has the obligation of proving that the region is solidly behind the bed-ridden president,  Paul Biya, who has been in power for 37 years and has nothing to show for his long stay in power.

Under him, Cameroon has made giant strides backwards, with unemployment reaching unprecedented levels.

Despite huge amounts of aid and budget support from international development finance institutions like the World Bank and the African Development Bank, the country’s poorly managed economy has been caught in a downward spiral and the regime’s legendary inefficiency and corruption are pushing the economy down the bottom of the abyss.

Dion Ngute might be in Buea, but his presence will not be swaying the Southwest population that has made up its mind to head in the opposite direction.

The population knows what Dion Ngute is selling, but nobody wants to have anything to do with him. His products are poisonous and nobody needs them.

He is in Buea to campaign for his party, the CPDM that has been ruling the country for 37 years, but the population is fleeing from the party that is being equated to the Coronavirus in China that has claimed close to a thousand lives.

The CPDM is a code name for corruption. It is a crime syndicate chaired by a man whose notoriety is compared to that of Al Capone, a one-time Mafia boss whose corruption and cruelty were unparalleled.

There is not much the CPDM can say that will convince the people of Southern Cameroons. This crime syndicate has presided over the killing of thousands of Southern Cameroonians.

Currently, the party is considered as a terrorist organization in the two English-speaking regions of the country and anybody found to associate with it will face the death penalty.

The people of Southern Cameroons are a dignified people. Despite the intimidation and killings that have become the government’s hallmark, they have continued to support their leaders, especially those who are in the dungeons of East Cameroon.

The Yaounde government has exhausted all the tricks in its book and the weapons in its arsenal just to hoodwink the people, but the results have been unfortunately dismal.

Dignity is a currency that is not designed for everybody, but the people of Southern Cameroons are blessed with it.

They prefer to die of starvation than to change their minds. They have been victims of the Yaounde government’s well orchestrated marginalization and they understand that the time to reverse the evils of the past is now and they have made up their minds to stand with their leaders and to walk the distance with them until they achieve their independence.

Southern Cameroonians do not want to waste their time with worthless projects. They know the elections results are already out. They don’t want the world to think that they will be there next Sunday to rubberstamp the CPDM- manufactured results.

Southern Cameroonians have survived the impossible. Their families and friends have been killed by Mr. Biya’s army. Their businesses have been ruined and their homes have been torched. They are sure they will survive the challenging days ahead.

Mr. Dion Ngute and his fellow senior southwest CPDM officials have never condemned government atrocities in the two English-speaking regions of the country. How does he think the brave people of the rich Southwest will be rushing to welcome him in Buea after the atrocities of his government?

If he had consulted any soothsayer in East Cameroon who had informed him that there would be large crowds to welcome him, then he should know that he  was mistaken. The people have made up their minds and the Yaounde regime can just go ahead and validate its own election results like it did in the 2018 presidential elections. The people’s minds have been made up.

Dion Ngute should understand that there is a limit to what the human mind can accept. The human mind sometimes rejects scripts written for it by others and that is what Southern Cameroonians have done. No support for the killer party – the CPDM.

Suspected Boko Haram jihadists attacked a village in northern Cameroon early on Tuesday, torching homes and killing two civilians just days before legislative and municipal elections, security sources said.

“Boko Haram made an incursion a little before 02:00 in Mozogo village,” in the Extreme-Nord province “killing two people,” a police officer told AFP.

They torched about 20 homes and two motorbikes and stole another five motorcycles, the officer said.

An army officer confirmed the incident.

Security has been tightened in Cameroon ahead of Sunday’s elections. Anglophone separatists are fighting government troops in western Cameroon while the north of the country has come under attack from Boko Haram.

Based in neighbouring Nigeria, Boko Haram has stepped up attacks from bases hidden in the vast Lake Chad area, where the borders of Cameroon, Chad, Niger and Nigeria converge.

Cameroon says the group has carried out nearly 13 000 attacks on its territory since 2014, with the loss of “several thousand” lives.

The insurgency has forced more than 250 000 people to flee their homes and triggered an influx of 60 000 people from Nigeria.

Boko Haram was formed in Nigeria but attacks have spread to neighbouring countries. The group has also split and a faction affiliated with the Islamic State group, ISWAP, is particularly active around Lake Chad.

From communication interception technology to physical security, Cameroon’s state security market is entirely in the hands of Israelis.

It wouldn’t be a stretch to call it “Little Tel Aviv.”

The Israelis practically feel at home in the neighbourhood of Bastos in Yaoundé.

Four-wheel drive SUVs with tinted windows abound and the air is rife with rumours about the presence of advisors and/or spies within Paul Biya’s circle.

Abraham Avi Sivan, the Cameroonian president’s former security advisor who died in 2010, was a regular there.

Eran Moas, Etoudi Palace’s current securocrat, and his wife are also frequently spotted in the neighbourhood. Sivan, Moas and their spouses even founded an ape sanctuary in Cameroon.

Indeed, Biya and Israel have close, long-standing ties. The Cameroonian president has been wary of the French intelligence service ever since the attempted coup d’état that nearly overthrew him in 1984.

He thinks that his predecessor, Ahmadou Ahidjo, was the right-hand man of Jacques Foccart and the External Documentation and Counter-Espionage Service (Service de documentation extérieure et de contre-espionnage – SDECE).

Israel’s imprint on security in Yaoundé

Determined to side-line the French, Biya turned to Israel on the recommendation of the United States. This is how he met Sami Meyuhas, who had worked in Zaire under Mobutu Sese Seko, alongside Shabtai Shavit, who led the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad from 1989 to 1996.

With Shavit (who currently runs Athena GS3, a subsidiary of Mer Group) in Tel Aviv, Meyuhas in the sub-region, and Sivan and former Israeli general Mayer Heres in Yaoundé, the Israelis gradually transformed Paul Biya’s security apparatus.

Their first order of business was to create the Rapid Intervention Battalion (Battalion d’intervention rapide – BIR), now led by Heres.

Then, in Yaoundé, they installed various antennas and technology enabling the interception of telephone and electronic communications.

Sure enough, several buildings in Bastos are outfitted just like the presidential palace roof.

The French have had to deal with this reality. To this day, Cameroon’s security market is considered “inaccessible.”

The CPDM convoy of the Minister of Supreme State Control (CONSUPE) was attacked by Ambazonia Restoration Forces as she braved the bad roads from Bamenda to Mbengwi to campaign for the so-called twin poll in the Momo County in Southern Cameroons.

Cameroon Concord News correspondent in Mbengwi reported that despite being accompanied by a heavily armed military escort, Minister Rose Mbah Acha’s convoy came under heavy fire for about an hour leaving 9 top CPDM militants injured.

Speaking at the CPDM meeting venue, the French Cameroun surrogate herself confirmed the incident and observed in a scantily attended meeting that “I would like to tell you people of Momo that all the vehicles in my convoy came under attacked. But there were only five slightly injured.”

 Minister Rose Mbah Acha added that “Everyone in Momo must vote for the ruling CPDM, the party that guarantees lasting peace in our crisis-torn region.”

 Momo County in the Northern Zone of the Federal Republic of Ambazonia is fully under the control of the Southern Cameroons Self Defense Forces.

A senior government official has told the Cameroon Concord News Group Yaounde correspondent that “only a new president will solve the problem that is splitting our country and ruining our economy.”

The senior official, who elected anonymity, said things had deteriorated to a point where regime insiders are scared.

“They themselves are scared that something terribly bad could happen, especially as the economy has been caught in a downward spiral,” he said.

“We have never seen anything like this in our country. The president is totally absent while his aides are taking all the wrong decisions,” he regretted.

“This crisis has highlighted how the country’s leadership is ineffective and inefficient. What is of importance to those at the helm is just the power. They don’t care about the country. It is like their goal is to make money while the rest of the country continues to head to the bottom of the abyss,” he pointed out.

“Look at how our major cities have been transformed into ghettos. Everybody in West Cameroon is now heading to Yaoundé and Douala and the cities are too crowded. It is hard having a nice life in these cities,” he said.

“Everything is expensive. Accommodation is out of reach. Food prices have escalated and the absence of mass transit systems in the major cities has created more life-threatening issues for city dwellers in Yaounde and Douala,” he wept.

“The next president has a lot on his plate. President Biya has shown his limits. He is not up to the task, but he does not want to admit it as that will reflect negatively on him and his entourage. They are doing all they can to keep power, but things are quietly slipping through their fingers,” he stressed.

“Some members of the inner circle are simply tired covering up things. Corruption and nepotism are choking the system. The president’s men are suspicious of everybody and they only bring you closer after dehumanizing you,” he observed.

“They are scared that if disloyal people infiltrate the system, a lot will be leaked. The country is literally being run by the President’s wife through Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh who also has his own personal and secret agenda,” he added.

“The country is in for rough times. The future is bleak. Until something natural happens, we may not get out of the dark hole in which Biya and his men have put us,” he underscored.

“The military has been bought over. It is full of people from the south. Soldiers from other regions have been reduced to playing secondary roles. Non Betis are monitored very closely and any suspicion could put the suspect in a difficult situation,” he regretted.

“The paranoia is growing by the day. The crisis in the two English-speaking regions of the country has become a money-making business for the military,” he pointed out.

“The top brass of the military and the president’s men give the impression that the only solution they have is the military solution. They are against a negotiated settlement. When things calm down, they will look for a way to fan the embers of war to prove that Amba fighters are still a destructive force that needs to be rooted out through the barrel of the gun,” he said.

“Look at what is happening in Muyuka. They have rounded up all the young men and they are now asking each of them to pay CFAF 50,000 if they must be released. What crime did they commit? Muyuka was quiet. Why did they have to create a new situation? Money is always on their minds and this is unfair,” he regretted.

“Let’s hope God talks to them. The devil seems to be in control of our leaders. They don’t believe in peace. We should pray that our next leaders should be people who are God-fearing,” he concluded.

Cameroon’s territorial administration minister, Paul Atanga Nji, has had a taste of what will happen to him in case things fall apart. The conman and ex-convict who is responsible for the escalation of the Southern Cameroons crisis was denied an American visa late last year when he wanted to visit his family, a source at the U.S.A embassy in Yaoundé has informed the Cameroon Concord News Group.

It is the customary for Cameroonian authorities to have the visas of Western countries in their passports as a precautionary measure in case things fall apart, the source said. The territorial administration boss, who has been telling Americans that they had no lessons for Cameroon, ran into a huge disappointment when the embassy turned down his application for a visa.

The embassy indicated that he had not demonstrated that he would be returning to his country and this rejection was made all the easier because Mr. Atanga Nji owns a huge home in Florida. The U.S. embassy consular officials might have thought the unpopular territorial administration boss was simply looking for a way to skip town, as the government he serves continues its onward march to its end.

It should be recalled that senior government officials, like staff of international organizations, have diplomatic passports that enable them to travel freely when on official assignment, but when they travel for personal visits, they must queue up at the U.S.A embassy for a visa.

Mr. Atanga Nji’s name features prominently on a list established by the American Administration for those responsible for the violence that is playing out in the country’s two English-speaking regions.  The source added that the Yaoundé government is in panic mode and each government official is doing what he can to secure a visa just in case things take a turn for the worse.

It should be recalled that the Trump Administration has been mulling sanctions against some Cameroon government officials following the government’s flagrant human rights abuses in the two English-speaking regions and in the country’s Far North where a Boko Haram insurgency has become an excuse for the government to exterminate huge segments of its own population.  

Paul Atanga Nji is the second Cameroonian official who has been denied a visa at the U.S.A embassy since the Southern Cameroons crisis started playing out and many government officials are on edge, as the Trump Administration keeps on calling on the government to seek a peaceful way out of the crisis.

Late Patrick Ekema, the notorious mayor of Buea, faced the same situation and, according to our source at the U.S. embassy, the disappointment at the embassy might have precipitated the death of the Buea mayor who had shipped his family to the U.S.A and was seeking to take a girlfriend along.  

It should be indicated that Mr. Ekema’s family now resides in Ontario, Canada, where they are seeking asylum. The family of six had run into a huge financial storm when the crooked and dishonest mayor passed away. He was using the Buea city council as his ATM to sustain his family in the United States, but when death struck, the tap was immediately turned off and the family went into a tailspin. The family’s only saving grace has been its asylum claim in Canada which has enabled it to have some government financial assistance.

Mr. Atanga Nji has been very concerned ever since he ran into this storm. Over the last couple of months, his attitude towards the crisis in Southern Cameroons has changed. He has watered down his language though he has dispatched killers to the two English-speaking regions where a government-planned genocide is taking place quietly.

He knows Americans and other Western countries are keeping a close eye on him and in the event of anything, he could face Western sanctions and those sanctions are usually extended to other family members.

Atanga Nji’s daughter is currently schooling in an American institution in France and the family’s objective is to get her to the U.S.A for further studies where she could end up taking residence. It should be mentioned that she is not an American citizen and in the event of any sanctions she might also be affected.

Jailed Ambazonia leader President Sisiku Ayuk Tabe has held a meeting with Barrister Akere Muna on the proposed Southern Cameroons international conference in Kenya, the Paris-based Jeune Afrique reported.

The pan Africa media house noted that Sisiku Ayuk Tabe reiterated his desire to hold talks with the French Cameroun government on a neutral ground to discuss the terms of separation adding that jail is a part of the path toward freedom and has a poetic beauty to it.

Barrister Muna and the president of the Federal Republic of Ambazonia who was sentenced in August 2019 to life imprisonment for acts of secession and terrorism by a French Cameroun military tribunal met on the 28^th of January 2020 at Kondengui prison.

According to Jeune Afrique N°3082 published on February 2 to 8, 2020, the two men discussed the symposium on Cameroon which is due to be held in Kenya next April.

Muna pleaded with the Ambazonia leader to put a stop to the armed conflict and give a chance to the organizing committee of the Kenya talks based in Addis Ababa to help seek a lasting solution to the crisis in Southern Cameroons.

Exiled Ambazonia leader, Dabney Yerima says the Southern Cameroons Interim Government and the entire nation believes resistance is the only way to overcome French Cameroun’s political and economic oppression.

Vice President Dabney Yerima made the comments on Sunday during an unprecedented televised address to the people of the Federal Republic of Ambazonia that was aired by the Southern Cameroons Broadcasting Cooperation (SCBC), where he and his cabinet colleagues renewed their allegiance with the ideals of the Southern Cameroons revolution.

The Vice president observed that if Southern Cameroonians continue the path followed by their leader, President Sisiku Ayuk Tabe, they will successfully defeat the French Cameroun military and establish the most prosperous nation deep within the African continent.

“In line with what has become our custom since we rose in 2016 to defy our 6 decade long occupation by the French neo colonial regime in next door French Cameroun, I come before you today to address you on another upcoming electoral scam, and their 11 February celebration.

I call on you as you have done since 2016 to in silent resolve and defiance; maintain a total shutdown of our entire territory from sunrise on February 7, 2020, to sundown on February 12, 2020. To rather spend the time at home in solemn remembrance of the lives of our people cut short by this French Cameroun war of extermination against our communities.

While the loss of these lives under such horrifyingly wicked circumstances has been heartbreaking to us  as a nation, it must have been a profound personal loss to the mothers, the fathers, the husbands and wives, brothers and sisters, and above all the children they left being. All Ambazonians join you at this time to mourn your loss ones” Vice President Yerima said.

The French Cameroun regime and their sponsors in Paris, Comrade Yerima added, seemed to have made the devilish decision that they will kill and burn their way into our subjugation. Just in this first month of 2020, in Kupe Muanenguba they have burned to the ground the villages of  Babubock, Muedibmel, Ebase, Ekanjoh, Bermin, Balock, Elah, Deck, Eyandong, Ndibe, Ntale, and Bambe. More villages have been burnt down in Lebialem and many more in the North zone. While killing more than 400 people in the process.

Yerima also said that Southern Cameroonians need unity and hope to succeed, saying, “Our self defense forces have achieved nothing less than a miracle in defending our communities against the largest military in central Africa, trained and equipped by France, as well as on occasion by Britain, Germany, the United States, and Israel.”

The Southern Cameroons Vice President furthered that  Ambazonians are all aware that today there is no other way to resist and withstand against the French Cameroun aggressors than striving on to finish the work we are in, to free Ambazonian from the 6 decade long clutches of occupation, taking care of  those defending our  communities with their bare bodies, our wounded soldiers, widows, orphans, prisoners of conscience, IDPs, and  refugees.

France’s closest allies are walking away from it as it is believed that Paris is supporting the Yaoundé government in its resolve to kill the people of Southern Cameroons. Many EU countries are insisting on Yaoundé calling for an inclusive dialogue that will help normalize things in Cameroon.

But Yaoundé has been indifferent to those calls. Many EU countries have already allied with the United States and Canada on how the Southern Cameroons crisis could be addressed. America’s determination and its ability to mobilize other countries, including some of Cameroons neighbors like Equatorial Guinea, have rattled the regime and its supporters.

The French Cameroun regime supporters, including the Speaker of the House and the Senate President have been shouting from rooftops that there is a global conspiracy to destabilize Cameroon. They blame this on Southern Cameroonians and government forces seem to have been irritated by the enormous pressure coming from Brussels and Washington D.C.

The regime has deployed thousands of forces under the guise of election security, for an election in which not a single credible election monitor in the world is participating, supposedly the real plan is for these forces to finish off our movement for independence once and for all, for which we now see them dial up the village burnings and random attacks on our communities from north to south.

The history of our struggle is dotted with such moments to proof that all measures devised and executed to undercut our struggle for our fundamental rights instead of an honest engagement have backfired and only strengthen our march to freedom.

The savage and vicious decision to attack peaceful protesters with live ammunitions from helicopter gunships backfired, the devious plan to cut internet access so the world does not see images of the horrors they were meting out on our people was brought to nought. The same can be said of the millions spent for the bilingualism commission, disarmament commission, national dialogue, and most recently bribing and paying off shady characters to deceive helpless refugees and fly them to Yaounde for propaganda photo opportunities.    

When a situation of such a great undertaking involving the fate of the Ambazonian people who have suffered brutal occupation for six decades, I am superstitious enough to believe that we can turn this what the enemy has planned into another breakthrough moment in our march to freedom.

Which brings me to the unfortunate events that occurred in Bui a couple of days ago, in which some of the groups that supposedly defend our communities decided to turn their weapons on their fellow Ambazonian brothers and sisters, reminiscent of a similar situation in Guzang not too long ago; between the same Comrade Sako’s group and ADF. We have seen people throw their hands in the air in despair and declare this spells the end of the movement. That is absolutely folly!

The overwhelming majority of our self-defense forces totally disagree with the premise of the supposed squabble between the ADF of Dr Ayaba Cho and the social media rants of Comrade Chris Anu. 

ADF via Comrade Tapang Ivo, apparently on the grounds of being a Governing Council declared that they will use their supposed access to more guns and bullets to stop Comrade Sako’s LGA by LGA approach to self-defense. While Comrade  Chris Anu declared on behalf of Comrade Sako’s group that on the bases of being an interim government only their  LGA by LGA approach to self-defense is allowed in Ambazonia everything else in banned. Now, both ideas are wrong in every which way one looks at it. Both smack of bullying the one thing Ambazonians must have zero tolerance for after 6 decades of feeling it in our bones.

The idea that any Ambazonian will try to prohibit another from defending any community for the simple reason that they are not members of their group is offensive on its face. Until the Ambazonian people elect their constitutional conventions to draft the laws of the land after independence and vote to establish those as the laws of the land, anyone conferring on themselves the right to ban other groups as opposed to working to convince more Ambazonians to their cause is a usurper.  I trust this is not considered a threat, but only the making of a point that while self evident some seem to have overlooked. This, has taken a deadly tool on our brave young women and men:

That some people from Cameroon next door and even from Ambazonia seek to destroy this revolution, and will use every excuse in the book to do so,  I will neither affirm nor deny, and if those people exist, I sure would not waste my breath with them. To those, however, who really love this revolution and see it as a possible spark for real freedom in the 21st century, not just for our people but for all of Africa, I say this:

Our self defense forces have achieved nothing less than a miracle in defending our communities against the largest military in central Africa, trained and equipped by France, as well as on occasion by Britain, Germany, the United States, and Israel.

Ambazonians, we are Sisters and brothers, our only enemy is the occupation regime that has brutalized our people for 6 decades, and cheapen our lives as to shoot our kids and dump their remains on the road side in Buea, shoot our four months old eight times in the head in their sleep as they did to Baby Martha in Muyuka, or burn our fabled grandparents in their beds in their homes like Mama Apiah in Kwakwa. Though our passion for the revolution might have caused a strain in our relations to a fellow comrade, it must not break the bonds of affection that bind us together as Ambazonians from the shores of the Atlantic in Victoria to the banks of the river Matezen. It is time for reconciliation. May the chorus of Ambazonia land of freedom once again give wings to the better angels of our  nature.

Let us strive on to finish the work we are in, to free Ambazonian from the 6 decade long clutches of occupation, taking care of  those defending our  communities with their bare bodies, our wounded soldiers, widows, orphans, prisoners of conscience, IDPs, and  refugees.

Fellow comrades, as I come to conclusion I would once more appeal that everyone in the diaspora focus on two things:

1.) resourcing our brothers and sisters on the ground defending our communities and give them a better chance against the enemy,

2.) come together with comrades and solidarity partners in your various communities around the world to do advocacy work towards alerting the world that there is a genocide going on and the world is turning a blind eye to it.  Our leadership team and researchers are open to work with any community or comrades around the world to help them understand exactly what kind of advocacy work they can focus on in their community of residence to move the struggle forward, and I believe strongly that as we all focus in contributing our own quarters, we will become less and less frustrated and that’s how we will bring the regime to its final end.

In conclusion I think we don’t say this enough, that we are very grateful for the commitment and sacrifices made by fellow comrades who have taken up the role of activist in this revolution from day one. Your energy too is part of the big fuel that’s pushing our struggle and our leadership team commends your efforts. I wish to however caution that as much as our activist use of social media has been one of our biggest assets in this revolution,  there is also the spirit of excitement and in some instances negligence that is creeping in and some of those activities of our activists gives free intelligence to LRC which in some instances have led to  our heroes targeted and even killed. This complicency must be stopped in its tracks. I believe that the activists coming together as SCAAF are serious comrades and I must put it to them that actions speak louder than words  and they should have this as one of their key areas of focus so their efforts help the struggle better. Activists must be the vanguards of truth, not politics.

On that note it’s worth mentioning that the department of communications in solidarity with the ambazonia national mourning and lock down is launching the hashtag #Ambaexit campaign across social media and we must all be part of it to make the world hear our aspirations.

From the 7th to the 12th of february , as ground zero once more shows the world through ghost towns that we are not part of la republic and won’t take part in their illegal elections in our land, It will be our duty in the diaspora to in solidarity during this time raise adequate resources to support our communities and also increase our voices and advocacy work on calling for an independent international fact finding mission to go on the ground and establish the facts as the first step towards forcing the regime to end the senseless killings.
