The Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization in La Republique du Camroun, Rene Sadi has installed his son Gilles Christian Sadi as the Divisional Officer in the Southern Ocean Sub Division. The installation ceremony took place on Saturday the 14th of October , 2017 and was watched by a docile French Cameroun public.

In what some observers see as the beginning of a Minister Rene Sadi take over  of the country after Biya, Gilles Christian Sadi is now head of the Kribi district III. The Saturday, October 14, 2017 event was unprecdented and the presence of the administrative body was remarkable. Three Senior Divisional Officers and twenty Divisional Officers were part of the audience that attended the ceremony. Among the three prefects, was the all-powerful Rene Sadi acolyte, the SDO of Mfoundi, Jean-Claude Tsila.

Gilles Christian Sadi, son of René Emmanuel Sadi, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization (MINATD), will now have to work to fulfill mission of helping his dad get a smooth transition from Biya.

Speaking during the occasion, the SDO for the Ocean Division, Antoine Bissaga, said Sadi Junior’s greatest challenge is that of land. “Put all your genius, your integration and your objectivity into all land transactions. Beware of land sellers or those who will offer you. Because I must admit that in Kribi, the terrain slips dangerously in all seasons. Please do not slip during the dry season and fall, “he advised.

14-year-old Aline was shot in the right eye by French Cameroun troops deployed to Southern Cameroons by the 85 year old dictator, President Biya during peaceful independence day celebrations that were held on October 1 2017 through out Africa’s newest nation, the Republic of Southern Cameroons.

She was shot in the Kumbo County and she is currently at intensive care in the Bingo Hospital in Bamenda. She is one of the thousands of British Southern Cameroonians seriously wounded by bullets fired from helicopters.  Her relatives say they thought she was dead, but miraculously she is alive.

Transported to the Bingo hospital in the Bamenda State, Aline has received several surgeries that allowed her to stay alive. Her parents are now calling for help to foot her medical bills. The leader of the Southern Cameroons Ambazonia Governing Council has congratulated the people of Southern Cameroons for their commitment and sacrifices made so far in the liberation struggle saying the wide participation in the October 1 Independence Day celebration proves to the world “the greatness of the Ambazonia people.”

Sesekou Ayuk Tabe’s comment came during a televised broadcast on Sunday in which he praised the “freedom and sovereignty that the Southern Cameroons people are beginning to enjoy in a region where people are mostly ruled by dictatorial regimes.”

Sesekou Ayuk Tabe was apparently referring to La Repubique du Cameroun that list SCACUF as a terrorist organization.   “You spoke loud and clear to the rest of world that you require the restoration of your nation, the Republic of Ambazonia.’ The Chairman revealed that the Governing Council has been collecting data for over two weeks now and “it’s appalling what Mr Biya and his forces have done to our people.”

The Southern Cameroons leader made a mockery of the Prime Minister of French Cameroun, Philemon Yang “I hope Mr Philemon Yang who is PM will go and count the deaths of those that the regime has killed and will be able to join the liberation struggle. In 1954, Endeley led our people out of Enugu, Philemon Yang has been given a similar opportunity” said the chairman.

The leader further pointed out that “Our issues have been raised at the highest international level. The UN has made a call and calls like that comes when the UN has reason to believe that genocide is going on in Southern Cameroons. The Roman Catholic Bishops have spoken and the UN is now aware. None of our deaths will go unaccounted for! All those responsible will be brought to justice.”

His Excellency Sesekou Ayuk Tabe informed Southern Cameroonians that the governing council was working with lawyers in New York, London and Washington and have opened a case at the International Criminal Court to bring Biya and his acolytes to justice. He saluted the Southern Cameroons Diaspora forum to be held in Paris, France and recommended that its resolutions should be forwarded to the UN, the African Union and the EU.

The leader also hinted of a diabolic harsh ploy to stifle the revolution by a small group of lawyers.  Sesekou Ayuk Tabe sounded a note of caution that the Southern Cameroons movement is bigger than any individual.

In a soul-searching presentation, the leader focussed on Southern Cameroonians back home saying we owe you a huge debt for the sacrifices you have made, we ask you to keep an inventory of all those who have been affected by the brutality of the Biya  Francophone Beti Ewondo regime.

“I have instructed the Department of Health and Social Services to reach out to our people to help bury our fallen heroes.  Cover their remains with our flag and sing the Ambazonia anthem before burial.”

Addressing the all-powerful Southern Cameroons Diaspora, the leader was full of praise.  “This movement has lasted a year and more because of you in the Diaspora. This is the moment for you to take this struggle to its last destination.  I am asking those of you in the Diaspora to engage your local leaders, write letters to Members of Parliament, religious institutions, organise exhibitions on the atrocities of the Biya regime and organise demonstrations in front of the embassies.”

The leader called for responsible leadership in all the various departments during these dramatic moments of the struggle.  Said the Chairman, “Anyone can lead a movement but the true task of leadership is when things are not gong your way, you are call to display good leadership qualities. Keep your eyes on the prize-the prize is the restoration of independence. I am urging every one of us to desist from saying or posting things that do not foster the struggle.”

The Chairman of the Southern Cameroons Ambazonia Consortium United Front revealed that in the coming days, the Governing Council shall be organising a large conclave to analyse the successes and failures of the struggle and to map out the way forward.  A defiant Ayuk Tabe made it clear to the French Cameroun political leadership that there was still a small room for negotiation to discuss the terms of our separation so that we will become two friendly nations.

Three people have been killed in Portugal as the country is hit by a record number of forest fires, and three more have died in Spain where blazes sparked by arsonists have been fanned by strong winds from Hurricane Ophelia.

In total, some 440 fires were burning across Portugal Sunday, which is “the worst day since the beginning of the year,” according to a spokeswoman for the national civil protection agency, Patricia Gaspar.

In addition to the three dead, some 25 people had been injured, she said, with thousands of firefighters deployed and three motorways, including one linking Lisbon and Porto, closed.

This year has also seen Portugal’s worst ever fire in June near Pedrogao Grande in the center of the country, which killed 64 people and injured 250.

The recent fires have been caused by “higher than average temperatures for the season and the cumulative effect of drought, which has been felt since the start of the year,” Gaspar said.

In Spain, authorities were blaming arson for some 17 fires which have caused three deaths.

“They are absolutely intentional fires, premeditated, caused by people who know what they are doing,” the head of the regional government, Alberto Nunez Feijoo, said.

Fifteen separate wildfires which posed a risk to built-up areas were raging across the region of Galicia, he said.

The flames were being fanned by wind gusts of up to 90 kilometers (55 miles) per hour as Hurricane Ophelia moved north off the coast of Spain towards Ireland, he told private broadcaster La Sexta.

Feijoo said “thousands” of firefighters, soldiers and locals were battling the blazes.

Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy, who is from Galicia, expressed his condolences to the victims in a Twitter message.

Five wildfires were raging near Vigo, Galicia’s biggest city, forcing the evacuation of a shopping mall and a PSA Peugeot Citroen factory on the outskirts of the city.

The flames had reached O Castro, a large hilltop park in the heart of Vigo with sweeping views of the city’s estuary, Spanish public television station TVE reported.

The national weather office is forecasting rain and cooler temperatures in Galicia beginning early on Monday which officials hope will help put out the flames.

Meteorologists say Ophelia is the most powerful hurricane recorded so far east in the Atlantic and the first since 1939 to travel so far north.

While there is still no date for any UN to visit Cameroon, Southern Cameroonians are being summoned in to see the police and the army in a campaign of intimidation. A second mass grave has reportedly been found, in Buea and has been made public by Inner City Press to the UN. We gathered the Biya regime is spending millions of US dollars to censure information coming out of Southern Cameroons to the UN.

Inner City Press’ has hinted that its journalism on Cameroon is being hindered in the UN by restrictions continued by the UN Department of Public Information under Alison Small.  Several but not all of the human rights violations by Cameroon authorities on which Inner City Press has asked and reported are confirmed by Amnesty International.

So Inner City Press on October 13 asked UN Spokesman Stephane Dujarric, “I wanted to ask you about Cameroon.  Some of the things that, I guess, I have asked you about, there’s now… now, I would assume that you’ve seen the Amnesty International study, which says that… that hundreds of people are detained without charge, packed like sardines, paying bails, people shot in the legs so they can’t protest, people fleeing the hospital to avoid the authorities.  So they obviously got in, were able to gather this evidence and they’ve called for other international organisations to send people.  Has the UN sent anyone, and if not, why not? Spokesman:  We have… as you know, we have a presence in Cameroon.  We’ve seen the Amnesty report, which raises a lot of issues of great concern to us, and I should have… hopefully have a bit more for you later.

Inner City Press:  Including on the [François Louncény] Fall visit? Spokesman:  Yes.  Well, when I have something on the Fall visit, I will share it with you.” Eight hours later, nothing. AI confirmed for example: At least 500 people remain detained in overcrowded detention facilities following mass arbitrary arrests in Southern Camerons, and many wounded protestors fled hospitals to avoid arrest… In Bamenda, the capital of the North-West Region, at least 200 people were arrested and the majority transferred to the prison in Bafoussam. In Buea, the capital of the South-West region, at least 300 people have been arrested since the 1st October protests, including a series of mass arbitrary arrests between 6 and 8 October.

On Sunday 8 October, for example, police arrested up to 100 people walking to church in the Mile 16 area of Buea, and entered the building to arrest church staff. In one incident on 3 October in Buea, a police officer threw a teargas canister into a vehicle containing a dozen protestors, who had to smash the window to let in air. In one facility run by a mobile police unit, the Groupement Mobile d’Intervention (GMI), in Buea, detainees were described as being ‘packed like sardines.’ A young man who was left with multiple fractures after being shot in both legs by member of the armed forces was taken home by his family before he could be stabilised. According to a doctor treating the patient “he had lost more than a litre of blood. I do not know whether he is still alive, he may likely die.’

The Southern Cameroons Ambazonia Consortium United Front, SCACUF has written to the International Criminal Court (ICC) about acts of violence in Southern Cameroons. Their letter dated 12 October 2017, asked the ICC Prosecutor to open an investigation into the “ongoing genocide and crimes against humanity” in British Southern Cameroons.

Their complaint to the ICC concerns Paul Biya (President of the Republic), René Emmanuel Sadi (Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization), Laurent Esso (Minister of Justice), Jacques Fame Ndongo (Minister of Higher Education),  Joseph Beti Assomo, Minister of State at the Presidency in charge of Defense, Martin Belinga Eboutou (Director of the Civil Cabinet), Jean-Baptiste Bokam (Secretary of State for the Gendarmerie Nationale), Adolphe Lélé Lafrique, Goveror of the Bamenda State and Bernard Okalai Bilai (Governor of the Buea State). “These personalities or members of the Government are directly responsible for the killings, torture, rape and kidnappings since October 2016,” the Governing Council said.

The leadership of the Governing Council also pointed in the letter to the ICC that if urgent measures are not taken, genocide and crimes against humanity could intensify. They stressed that the personalities mentioned above had ordered demonstrators who were marching “with tree of peace in hand” to be killed. “More than 250 demonstrators including children have been confirmed dead, scores are still hospitalised and more than 1000 others are missing. Amnesty International recently revealed that more than 500 Southern Cameroonian detainees were suffocating in detentions centres throughout the territory.

US Senate Democratic leader, Chuck Schumer, has accused President Donald Trump of failing to lead the nation and instead sending matters to Congress.

In a tweet on Saturday, Sen. Schumer cited Trump’s handling of the Iran nuclear deal, health care and hurricane-ravaged Puerto Rico as examples of his failures in recent weeks. Trump on Friday announced he would not continue to certify the 2015 nuclear agreement with Iran known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. The US president kicked a decision over to Congress on whether to re-impose sanctions that were lifted as part of the nuclear accord.

Trump threatened to terminate the international accord if Congress and American allies failed to amend the agreement. The day before, Trump said he was cutting off subsidies to health insurance companies for low-income patients in the most dramatic action to weaken the Affordable Care Act, former President Barack Obama’s signature healthcare law.

“If the Democrats were smart, what they’d do is come and negotiate something where people could really get the kind of health care that they deserve,” Trump told reporters.

The White House is simply “asking the legislative branch to do its job,” Marc Short, Trump’s director of legislative affairs, told POLITICO. “We have great confidence in their ability to get things done.”

Analysts say Trump’s actions are meant to erase Obama’s achievements on domestic and foreign policy fronts.

“It’s not just a strategy,” said former House Speaker Newt Gingrich. “What Obama did is illegal and unconstitutional and these are areas that Congress should solve.”

“The president is returning power to the Congress — they should be happy,” he added.

Trump on Thursday also gave notice to Puerto Rico, warning that government assistance could not continue “forever.” He said it was up to Congress to decide how much federal money to appropriate to the island for its recovery.

By putting Congress in charge, experts say, Trump is taking a high-stakes gamble given the inability of the legislative branch to accomplish much in recent years.

Biya regime has paid the sum of 500 million FCFA to mayor Ekema Patrick of the Buea Council as part of a monthly cash “bribes” scheme to raise the Bakweri youth against other Southern Cameroons tribes residing in the Buea municipality.  The money was handed to the mayor secretly by the Francophone Minister for Defense, Joseph Beti Assomo.

French Cameroun officials in Yaounde are bankrolling a CPDM government initiative to pay Anglophone elites, traditional rulers and community leaders monthly wages to get them talking to the Biya regime. News of French Cameroun’s involvement to destabilize the revolution came as the Defense Minister, Beti Assomo met Mayor Ekema Patrick during a recent visit to Buea. He then held talks with some elites from Manyu, Ndian and Kupe Manenguba appointed by Prime Minister Philemon Yang likely to be involved.

The new strategy comes amid growing violence across Southern Cameroons caused by the French Cameroun dominated armed forces.  The few Southern Cameroonians still militating in the ruling CPDM crime syndicate have accused the Biya administration of “losing the support of Southern Cameroonians”. The bribe scheme is seen as the first step towards winning back influential  Southern Cameroons elites and tribal leaders, on a county level.

The elites were handpicked by Prime Minister Philemon Yang after a French Cameroun government auditioning that was carried out by the governors and prefects of the territory and they are expected to earn about two hundred thousand a month for attending up to two meetings. But critics fear the payments, which are about 30 per cent more than civil servants earn, are President Biya’s way of bribing  Anglophone elites to deliver support ahead of elections next year.

A senior Cameroon Concord News policy analyst in Yaounde said: “If this is perceived as more political patronage, or bribery, it runs the risk of generating friction and resentment.”  The Biya regime is financing a similar initiative in the Bamenda State where thousands of French Cameroun troops have been deployed.

It comes ahead of a major strategy review by the Southern Cameroons Ambazonia Governing Council which is expected to advocate a major intensification of the ghost town operations. A statement issued by the Chairman of the outlawed Cameroon Anglophone Civil Society Consortium, Barrister Agbor Felix Nkongho purportedly condemning the so-called visit of Southern Cameroons elites was treated as inconsequential by agents of the Governing Council.

A senior CPDM personality who spoke to us at the time of fling this report but sued for anonymity said existing French Cameroun government strategies had seen the Southern Cameroons Governing Council gain ground: “We don’t want to create militias, but we need to be empowering leaders like Ekema Patrick. Equip them, not just with weapons but with whatever it takes, so they can protect their territories against secessionist influence.”

Mayor Ekema had discussed the plans with the anti-Anglophone Justice Minister Laurent Esso when he visited Douala and got 60 millions FCFA from the Douala City Council and lied to the press that the amount was 13 million. Prime Minister Philemon Yang has promised to increase support for “community defence initiatives, where local volunteers are recruited to defend homes and families.” But the plans will meet with a stonewall because of a lack of Southern Cameroonian support.

Four Moldovan citizens were killed and two others were injured when a cargo plane chartered by the French military crashed into the sea near the airport in Ivory Coast’s main city, Abidjan, on Saturday, Ivorian and French officials said.

Four French citizens survived the crash but were injured, Ivory Coast’s Security Minister Sidiki Diakite told reporters at the scene. Several Ivorian security sources said French soldiers were among the wounded.

“What we can say for the time being is that this morning around 8:30 (0830 GMT), an Antonov plane crashed…with 10 on board including the crew members,” he said.

The crash occurred during a storm with heavy rain and lightning and rescuers were hampered by rough seas. Though Abidjan’s airport is located in a heavily populated area, it did not appear that anyone was hurt on the ground.

The French military operates a logistics base next to the airport in support of its Barkhane operation, combating extremist militants in West Africa’s Sahel region.

“This was a plane chartered by the French army in the framework of the Barkhane force in order to carry out logistical missions,” French army spokesman Colonel Patrick Steiger said.

It was not immediately clear what caused the plane to crash, he said, adding that the four injured French citizens were being treated at the French military base adjacent to the airport.

France’s ambassador to Ivory Coast along with French gendarmes and soldiers quickly arrived at the crash site.

Hundreds of residents of the heavily populated neighborhood of Port Bouet, which surrounds the airport, crowded around the crash site. Some of them assisted firefighters and rescue divers who freed the bodies of the dead from the wreckage, which had broken into several large pieces.

French soldiers and Ivorian security forces later sealed off the area and French and Ivorian military vessels patrolled waters surrounding the crash site. The name of the company operating the aircraft was not immediately known.

The Cameroon Concord News Group applauds the decision by the Catholic Church in the Southern Cameroons to set aside today as a day of prayers for the repose of the soul of the fallen heroes of the Southern Cameroons struggle for freedom. A similar move by the Presbyterian Church and the Baptist Mission are equally applauded.  By taking these moves, our Christian Church leaders have fulfilled a divine mandate ordained or commander by Jesus Christ himself, the body of the Church and supreme Guarantor of our Christian faith.  As we pray for the soul of the departed and meditate about the cause for which their lives were cut short, let us not forget that with them, part of every Southern Cameroonian’s life was cut short. They died exercising a fundamental search for justice; justice to be recognised and treated as human beings created in the image of God in their ancestral homelands and justice for our individual and collective existence in dignity, peace and progress.

Like most Southern Cameroonians, they were waving peace plants in the mistaken believe that, that symbol of peace was going to be accorded its deserved recognition. Not with the angel of death that colonized Southern Cameroons baying on the blood of its citizens and the rape of its natural resources for self and neo-colonial gratification.  Lest French Cameroun and its genocidal leaders rejoice yet. They will know no peace until the blood of these armless Southern Cameroonians is accounted for. They will know no peace by pursuing a scourge earth policy of genocide and systemic criminality intended to subdue the living soul of freedom and liberty of the Southern Cameroons. For French Cameroun to know peace, it must vacate the territory of the Southern Cameroons which deserves to be free and independent pursuant to United Nations Charter, the UN General Assembly Resolutions, the independence on October 1, 1961. French Cameroun was put on notice by the Buea Declaration (1993) and the Bamenda Proclamation (1994) more than twenty years ago, that the Southern Cameroons intended to reassert its independence and sovereignty over its territory and to terminate all forms of colonial rule as such. The patriotic march by the martyrs whose senseless slaughter we celebrate in these religious ceremonies therefore a legitimate forensic justification. We therefore salute their courage, their priceless supreme sacrifice that cements and eternalizes our freedom, forever and ever. Amen.

An ongoing outpouring of administrative, Ministerial and cross-Ministerial Communiques for the prosecution of the ongoing preplanned genocide in which these heroes were slaughtered on the account of their Southern Cameroons cultural and national identity cogently established different layers of criminal responsibility for these crimes.  It is significant to note that each of the genocidal communiques states that its source of authority was the Head of State of French Cameroun Paul Biya. The lack of governmental cohesion and discipline is obvious from the fact that Biya is quoted in the communiques as giving orders directly to certain Ministers and Administrators on whom he is relying to prosecute and execute the preplanned genocide of the Southern Cameroons.

This perceptible indiscipline should not obfuscate the fact that the genocide was carefully planned and the structures of its execution put in place long ago. This plan included, the co-opting of genocidal media organs such as television 4, genocide apologists and propagandists such as Eric Owona Nguini, one Obama and Isa Tchiroma among others to popularize, justify and rally support for the genocide. He also directed Laurent Esso his Minister of Justice and a principal ideologue of the genocide, Fame Ndongo, Atanga Nji  and his Senior Military Commanders, essentially of Beti origin, local governors and divisional administrators of French Cameroun origin to execute the genocide. To succeed in their plans, they required and obtained the support of Southern Cameroonian Iscariots like Achidi Achu, Julius Achu, Tabetando, Mafany Musonge, Patrick Esunge and a host of others to help to identify targets for the slaughter and others to be abducted, tortured and detained.

Paul Biya bypassed the exercise of constitutional power and ministerial/administrative hierarchy because that might have alerted and triggered universal genocide alarm mechanisms that might have intervened in time to slow his diabolic actions. He therefore provided direct superintendence of the extermination of Southern Cameroons armless civilians by these his selected field executors. To facilitate the expeditious execution of the plan of genocide in a scale that will have Southern Cameroonians subdued in humiliating and capitulating blood bath, Paul Biya breached all norms of International Law by ordering his administrative governors to close international borders to allow deployed military units to rape, loot, torture, abduct, exterminate, and torch human settlements and property of Southern Cameroonians.

Considering the reign of terror and bestiality that is ongoing even in Churches and places of worship which are protected by International law. The Christian Church services that have been organized today, have finally confirmed our Church leaders that they can on occasion stand for the cross of justice, human dignity, and freedom.  The French Cameroun clergy have elected their camp with Iscariot sagacity. That is their choice.  But Iscariot thought humanity that money may meet temporal human needs but will never ever control the soul of humanity which our Lord Jesus Christ purchased with His precious blood.
