The Southern Cameroons Interim Government has warmed that French Cameroun dictator will pay the price for declaring a war against the people of Ambazonia.

In a televised address to Southern Cameroonians last week, Vice President Dabney Yerima said that the French Cameroun regime and its corrupt leadership must bear the consequences and pay the price for the continued killings going on in the Federal Republic of Ambazonia.

“Over the last three weeks, the barbarisms of the French Cameroun Army and the regime in Yaoundé have been laid bare and the world is witnessing again the unpleasant side of the Yaoundé neo-colonial regime. The past few weeks are a clear sign of its utter desperation in the full realization that our people have decisively rejected annexation and colonial bondage for good. I come to you today on the 34th anniversary of the Lake Nyos disaster to speak of the tragic loss and devastation the Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) has faced over the last three weeks” Yerima observed.

British Southern Cameroons, home to some eight million people, has been under a Biya French Cameroun imposed war for over four years now which has caused a catastrophic decline in the living standards as well as unprecedented levels of unemployment and unrelenting poverty there.

Vice President Yerima revealed that “On 7 August 2020, a staff of COMINSUD, an implementing partner for several United Nations agencies, was kidnapped from his home and later killed by unidentified armed individuals. On 11 August 2020, an unacceptable and despicable video circulated on social media of the slaughter of a woman in Muyuka. Upon close scrutiny, Ambazonia Intelligence Services identified that the perpetrators spoke with French Cameroun accents.”

“On Wednesday, 12 August 2020, three Southern Cameroonian minors were murdered in their gardens as they hunted for snails by French Cameroun prowling forces.  A lawyer commissioned to ascertain the facts surrounding their murder was unlawfully arrested, harassed, detained for two nights. French Cameroun lawless forces continued their genocidal campaign by invading the village of Mautu, in Fako County on 13 August 2020, slaughtered over 30 civilians and recorded themselves dragging the lifeless body of a young man along the streets” the exiled Ambazonia leader furthered.

The Cameroon government army has also launched major operations against Southern Cameroonians residing in the rural areas, killing thousands of Ambazonians each time and shattering the impoverished territory’s already poor infrastructure.

Yerima noted that “Paul Biya and his minions have committed every crime under the sun. Over the last three weeks, we have been reminded of Paul Biya’s atrocities by the hideous execution of a woman in Muyuka, the murder of three children in Tiko, the abduction and brutal execution of four men in Bafut, the massacre in Mautu, the burning of villages in Ikata, the murders in Ndop and the dragging of the body of a slayed young man on the road. These genocidal crimes were committed by Biya’s tribal army and their proxies.”

Ever since the UN Security Council called for an international ceasefire to combat the Covid-19 pandemic, the French Cameroun war machine has been pounding different Southern Cameroons counties through artillery fire and claiming that the military operations were mainly targeting the so-called separatists.

The newly elected head of the Southern Cameroons diaspora community in Northern Ireland says almost four years after French Cameroun’s arson attack on the Ambazonian nation, the innocent Southern Cameroonian is still burning in the fire of the French Cameroun incursion and some front line leaders’ treason.

“It’s been more than two years since French Cameroun and Nigerian Secret Service officers abducted Southern Cameroons leaders and almost four years since French Cameroun President Paul Biya launched a brutal military campaign against the people of Southern Cameroons-Ambazonia, innocent Ambazonians are still burning in the fire of the child killing regime’s impudence and incursion and the treason of leaders like Sako Ikome, Chris Anu and Elvis Kometa,”  Kum Joseph Anang noted in a statement released on Friday following the reorganization of the Ambazonia Interim Government structure in Belfast.

Comrade Kum Joseph showered praises on Vice President Yerima for providing responsible leadership and for his kind words to the people of the Menchum County as they commemorate with sad hearts, the unfortunate incident on 21 August 1986, when Lake Nyos, in the Oku volcanic plain, released poisonous gases that killed at least 1750 people.

Four years after Southern Cameroonians took to the streets to demonstrate against systemic and institutional marginalization, the Federal Republic of Ambazonia is now awash with guns and bombs have started going off, targeting mostly French Cameroun uniformed officers and enablers of the corrupt Yaoundé government.

“The mission that was codenamed My Trip To Buea would have been accomplished but for conmen like Sako Ikome, Chris Anu and Kumeta known now in Ground Zero as unrepentant butchers and self-aggrandizing crooks and tricksters” the Southern Cameroons Belfast leader concluded.

Today, we commemorate, with sad hearts, the unfortunate incident on 21 August 1986, when Lake Nyos, in the Oku volcanic plain, released poisonous gases that killed at least 1750 of our people, affected thousands more, and destroyed thousands of livestock. The lives and livelihoods of our compatriots were abruptly disrupted and shattered.

Survivors have carried the scar of this event for 34 years. As leadership of the Interim Government, we share in their grief and express our feelings of solidarity, asking God to bless them, and those we lost on that fateful night. I humbly request that Ambazonians and all women and men of goodwill say a prayer for the victims of this infamous event.

As we work hard to restore our nation with resolve, we are conscious of the need to build a cohesive and inclusive society, one in which human dignity is upheld and protected; where the unfortunate, the weak, and the less privileged are not assigned to the fringes of society. We thirst for a nation in which all talent finds equal opportunity for human development, well-being and happiness.

Ambazonian Intelligence Chief says French Cameroun dictator Paul Biya and the French Cameroun armies including the National Gendarmerie have desperately been fighting the people of Southern Cameroons for 58 years before the creation of the Ambazonia Restoration Force but have been humiliated in the last four years.

The newly appointed Southern Cameroons frontline leader made the comment during a zoom cabinet meeting chaired by Vice President Dabney Yerima on Wednesday in which he accused French Cameroun Minister of Territorial Administration Paul Atanga Nji along with some French Cameroun CPDM hardliners of trying to stifle and suffocate Southern Cameroonians demand for dignity in a union with French Cameroun that was established in 1961.

Ever since the emergence of President Sisiku Ayuk Tabe as the leader of the Federal Republic of Ambazonia, Biya and his gang of French Cameroun surrogates have desperately tried to resuscitate the past of appointing a Francophone Governor, Francophone SDO, Francophone DO, a Francophone State Counsel and a Francophone judge   Yet it keeps getting humiliated by the Ambazonian people.

It is time for the International community to change tack

The top Southern Cameroons security chief opined that the British government that put Ambazonians in this mess should start heralding the need for a better change.

The level of barbarism being perpetuated by French Cameroun’s military and militias loyal to the French Cameroun President Paul Biya as they pursue their genocidal war and scorch earth policy to completely annihilate the Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) is alarming.

So far, as a result of the on-going genocide in the Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia), an estimated 35,000 people have been killed, over 300 towns and villages have been burnt down, over 120,000 people are seeking refuge in Nigeria and further afield, over 1million people are internally displaced or living in bushes and over 3,000 persons incarcerated in prisons and detention facilities.

It is also reported that over 4.5. Million people are at risk of famine. The French Cameroun government is doing everything through its private militia (popularly known as Atanga Nji Boys) to commit atrocities and link them to Southern Cameroons self-defense forces, so as to evoke international sympathy.

The Southern Cameroons Interim Government has noted that only an independent fact-finding mission can establish the facts and thus far, Mr. Biya’s government has resisted all requests by independent humanitarian organizations to visit Southern Cameroons.

The Vice President of the Southern Cameroons Interim Government Dabney Yerima says French Cameroun Minister of Territorial Administration Paul Atanga Nji will again fail in new push to destabilize the Ambazonia resistance.

In a correspondence addressed on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 to the Francophone Governors of the two Southern Cameroons zones, the so-called Minister of Territorial Administration set out preconditions for the people of Ambazonia to acquire farming tools such as machetes, shovels, diggers and spades which the Yaounde based comedian claimed are often used by Ambazonia Restoration Forces to perpetrate killings.

Paul Atanga Nji observed that the escalation of violence and killings recorded in recent days in Southern Cameroons through the exacerbated use of edged weapons, has forced the French Cameroun authorities to pound their fists on the table.

The Paul Atanga Nji letter made public on Tuesday 18 August 2020 was sent to the Governors of the North-West region, Adolphe Lele Lafrique, and the South-West region, Bernard Okalia Bilai, to restrict the sale and use of farming tools.

The French Cameroun surrogate Paul Atanga Nji wanted by the Special Criminal Court in Yaoundé for corruption and fraud during his tenure at Post Bank also enacted preconditions to be met in order to acquire these objects from any shop in Southern Cameroons.

“By way of illustration, any person wishing to acquire a machete must obtain prior agreement from a Sub-prefect of his area of residence, and provide proof of an agricultural activity before any acquisition in a hardware store or a shop; the seller must identify the buyer, retain his telephone number, and obtain the location of his residence, not without requiring him to show his National Identity Card” Atanga Nji said in his ministerial order.

“French Cameroun is no longer a part of the Federal Republic of Ambazonia and the use of its colonial mechanism in Southern Cameroons has all been outlawed by President Sisiku Ayuk Tabe” Dabney Yerima told an Ambazonian think tank in Holland on Wednesday.

After the recent coup in Mali, the Biya French Cameroun regime is seeking to give the impression that it is in control of activities in Southern Cameroons by claiming that French and Southern Cameroons are one political entity.

This Biya Francophone regime’s new push comes after its military violence have failed to deliver the goods and the regime now uses young girls as spies and they have succeeded on several occasions to infiltrate the ranks of the Ambazonia Restoration Forces. An approach that has led to the death of many Southern Cameroons Self Defense fighters!

Restoration forces, for their part, have been sending a clear message to those who betray the revolution. Last week, a young lady was hacked to death in Muyuka, a town in the country’s southwest region where the insurgency has taken root. She had been accused of flirting with and spying for the military, an allegation that has been confirmed by the Cameroon Concord News Group correspondent in Muyuka.

Corruption, mismanagement and dictatorship have become French Cameroun’s hallmarks, with the country’s ruling party considering itself as the government.

The Southern Cameroons Vice President also expressed the Interim Government’s resolve to keep standing, with all power, against French Cameroun.

On Monday, 17 August 2020 at about 6pm, Barrister Ayukotang Ndep Nkongho, a member of the Interim Government of Ambazonia defence team was unlawfully arrested and is being detained at the gendarmerie station in Limbe ever since.

Barrister Ayukotang was commissioned to ascertain the facts surrounding the assassination of Bessem Blandine and two other children in Tiko, Fako County. The minors were shot by La Republique du Cameroun military while hunting for snails around their homes on Wednesday 12 August 2020. The Interim Government of Ambazonia has been briefed that the man of law had visited the parents of the executed minor and one of the injured who had a lucky escape from the attack. We are aware that he had gathered significant facts before his unlawful arrest.

As a government, the safety and security of our people and their legal representatives is our foremost concern. The Interim Government of Ambazonia through its legal representatives in Ambazonia and French Cameroun has made a formal request to the regime in Yaoundé to release Barrister Ayukotang Ndep Nkongho without delay. We must bring pressure to bear on the French Cameroun regime regarding this unacceptable harassment of members of the legal profession.

We face an enemy that is brutal and puts no value on life. The regime in Yaoundé has no respect for human rights, the rule of law, and international law.  The Interim Government of Ambazonia has today notified all international media organizations and our international partners about this unlawful arrest and detention of a member of the legal profession.

The Interim Government of Ambazonia will make regular updates on this matter and will continue to keep the international community informed on this matter.

The Vice President of the Southern Cameroons Interim Government Dabney Yerima says the Federal Republic of Ambazonia and Ambazonia Restoration Forces will make some tough changes in approach to the French Cameroun occupying army after Yaounde’s recent massive arrest of innocent Southern Cameroonians in Muyuka.

“Recently, we are seeing all kinds of atrocities being committed by criminal gangs and the so-called Atanga Nji Boys in our homeland supported by the Biya French Cameroun child-killing regime, which is regrettable and calls for a firm response” Vice President Yerima said while briefing the cabinet about his decision to address a letter to the UN Secretary General Antonio Gutterres.

“The Ambazonian nation and its people including the Ambazonia Restoration Forces approach towards the French Cameroun occupying army will change drastically in the days ahead following its recent massive deployments in the Fako County and the arrest of hundreds of our young people in Muyuka” the Ambazonia Vice President  noted.

Comrade Dabney Yerima warned that Ambazonia Restoration Forces will no longer tolerate and would hold all Southern Cameroons CPDM elites accountable for the atrocities being committed by the Cameroon government military and the Atanga Nji Boys in Southern Cameroons.

“Mindful of the present circumstances that all right-thinking Southern Cameroonians all over the globe have express their hatred towards the Biya French Cameroun regime in Yaoundé, the activities of some Southern Cameroons political elites and traditional rulers who continue to work with the child-killing regime is a cause for great regret that require action” Yerima said.

The Ambazonia Vice President emphasized that it is not acceptable for any Southern Cameroons political elite or traditional ruler to continue to relate with Biya and his French Cameroun regime even after the 87 year old dictator completely rubbished what his own followers agreed during French Cameroun’s Grand National Dialogue.

Dabney Yerima wondered aloud why senior Southern Cameroons political elites could still be passing around as CPDM barons and agents after the French Cameroun regime has displaced, killed and imprisoned thousands of Southern Cameroonians and make it public via French Cameroun state radio and television CRTV and its sister publications including Vision 4 television channel.

As more and more civilians have been killed by the Cameroon government of Paul Biya, absentee president for 37 years, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has been silent. And the UN Security Council has been failing, too.

Things have become so corrupt in the UN that August’s President of the UN Security Council, Indonesia banned Inner City Press from asking Cameroon questions at its Program of Work press conference.

On August 10 Guterres’ spokesman Stephane Dujarric, also violating quarantine, issued a rare for the UN statement on Cameroon – but one that has emboldened Biya and his army to kill more civilians. While refusing to answer Inner City Press’ written questions about the army’s abuses, Dujarric cited the “murder of a young woman in Muyuka in the South-West…We call on armed actors to refrain from attacks against civilians.”

Following this statement, on which Dujarric allowed no follow up questions from Inner City Press, Biya’s BIR has been burning down homes and killing entirely uninvolved civilians in Muyuka, and the UN has said nothing. These truly are Guterres’ murders.

 UK’s former UN Ambassador Karen Pierce, observed that  “Cameroon is not on the UN Security Council’s agenda, but there have been several serious discussions of events there, held at the UN. The UK has chaired ARRIA meetings on Cameroon and has also sponsored a resolution at the HRC.”

 Pro-Biya UNOCA Envoy Francois Fall continues to call “separarists” in British Southern Cameroons as ‘extremists.’

Hundreds of Cameroonians have braved a heavy military presence and separatists’ threats to protest increasing violence and barbarism in the central African state’s restive English-speaking regions. The protest in the southwestern town of Muyuka was provoked by the killing of civilians and other brutality by the military, which is searching for separatists said to be responsible for a recent wave of attacks and murder of women and aid workers.

About 300 people, most of them women and children marched silently on the streets of Cameroon’s southwestern town of Muyuka Sunday. Twenty-nine-year-old Ernestine Naayah said Cameroon’s Womens Peace Movement, which she represents in Muyuka, and four other organizations organized the protest because they are fed up with growing violence in Cameroon’s English-speaking Northwest and Southwest regions.

“I am out here today to say no to violence, to decry the killings of innocent civilians and especially women. Our cry today is for the leaders of the nation to do something about the crisis in the North and Southwest regions. We all deserve to live in peace in this glorious land God has given us,” she said.

Naayah said the groups organized the anti-violence protest in Muyuka because it is in the southwestern town that the latest gruesome case of murder was reported.

Gruesome killings

On August 11, Comfort Tumasang a 32-year-old mother of two was gruesomely murdered in Muyuka. A video her beheading went viral on social media, provoking widespread condemnation.

Comfort’s mother, 63-year-old Mary Tumasang, said separatists accused her daughter of collaborating with the military as an informant. She said she supports the protest because she wants peace to return to Cameroon. She said she wants her daughter’s killers arrested.

She said when separatists came to her home, her frightened daughter, Comfort, did not hesitate to hand over her telephone as the fighters requested. She said 30 minutes later, she watched helplessly as Comfort was forced out of the house to a neighborhood called Sandsand. She said in Sandsand, the fighters tied Comfort to a tree but residents raised an alarm and the fighters fled, taking her daughter along.

Comfort Tumasang was later found dead in a pool of her own blood. Thirteen other cases of gruesome killing were reported in Cameroon’s two English-speaking regions.

Emmanuel Ledou Engamba, highest administrative officer in Muyuka’s Fako Division said the military has been deployed to restore peace. He said the troops have been instructed to arrest Tumasang’s killers.

“These criminals are going to be prosecuted, and actions have been undertaken to make sure that they are tracked down. I have extended the condolence message of the head of state [Cameroon’s President Paul Bya] to the bereaved family of late Mrs. Tumasang, who was brutally assassinated by criminals [separatist fighters],” he said.

The separatists say the military organizes some of the attacks on civilians to give fighters a bad name.

The military says separatists have resorted to attacking civilians because their fighters’ ability to attack has been greatly reduced by government troops.

The Cameroonian government, rights groups and embassies also blame separatist fighters for the increasing brutality and gruesome killing of civilians and aid workers.

Civilians say the military brutalizes populations as troops search for separatists suspected to have been responsible for the killings.

The military insists that its troops have remained professional.

The United Nations reports that Cameroon’s four-year separatist crisis has killed over 3,000 and displaced at least 500,000 others.

The Biya Francophone regime in Yaoundé announced another bomb threat at the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform (MINFOPRA). French Cameroun media houses sponsored by the ruling CPDM crime syndicate reported that an improvised explosive device was discovered at the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform at noon on Monday, 17 August 2020.

Security sources in Yaoundé revealed that the device was concealed in documents, but was discovered before it exploded. The buildings were evacuated.

Cameroon Intelligence Report undercover reporter visited the scene and we can now reveal that what the entire regime have been selling as bomb threats in the nation’s capital, ranges from plain fiction to the most absurd and the bomb threats are simply to keep the Biya Francophone Beti Ewondo regime in power.

Biya’s time as head of state is approaching its end and his Beti-Bulu kinsmen in the Secret Service are reporting fake bomb threats to try and delay it. Secret Service officers serving the ruling crime syndicate are disguising as BAS and Amba fighters and calling the police anonymously and reporting fake bomb threats.

Yaoundé have witnessed numerous bomb explosions and threats but no arrest has been made and no one has been jailed so far.  The Delegate General for National Security could not be reached for comment.

Making these false reports is doing more damage to the already battered economy but the regime is only interested in striking fear into the Yaoundé community.
